BENEFITS - What is New for 2026
Several changes are being introduced to strengthen our benefits program and offer improved resources for employees and their families:
Medical & Dental Coverage: Moving to Aetna Health offering us robust provider networks and enhanced member tools.
Vision Coverage: Transitioning to MetLife for expanded retail options and providing reliable, comprehensive benefits.
Health Savings Account Vendor: Partnering with Inspira Financial for a more streamlined and user-friendly HSA experience.
Fully Online Enrollment: All elections will now occur through Benefits Connect replacing ESS and making enrollment more accessible whether you’re at home, at work or on the go.
FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE - MetLife
Beginning January 1, 2024 all requests for Family Medical Leave (FML) will be processed by MetLife.
