Dental Benefits

Maintaining healthy teeth and gums is an important part of overall health. The City of Springfield offers two dental PPO plan options administered by Aetna.

Both plans use the Aetna Dental PPO network, which includes participating dentists throughout the country. Employees may receive care from any licensed dentist, but using an in-network provider generally results in lower out-of-pocket costs.

Current plan year: March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027
